You may not use, access, or facilitate the use of Hunter’s Designs, LLC’s services, products, platforms, or those of any Hunter’s Designs, LLC partner for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purpose. This includes, without limitation:
  • Child Exploitation. Any content, service, activity, or material involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children.
  • Illegal Activities. Any activity that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law, regulation, or legal requirement.
  • Hateful or Violent Content. Any content, goods, or services that promote, encourage, glorify, or facilitate hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, veteran status, or any other protected or similar characteristic.
  • Harassment, Abuse, Defamation, Bullying, and Threats. Any content or activity intended to harass, abuse, intimidate, threaten, bully, stalk, or unlawfully defame another person or organization.
  • Self-Harm. Any content, product, service, or activity that promotes, encourages, facilitates, or instructs others in self-harm or suicide.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement. Any use of content, materials, trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, or other intellectual property without the necessary rights, authorization, or license, including materials that infringe upon or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of another party.
  • Terrorist Organizations. Any activity that supports, promotes, facilitates, or provides funding for, membership in, recruitment for, or other material support to a terrorist organization.
  • Adult Content and Services. Adult-oriented or sexually explicit content, products, services, or activities that are prohibited by applicable law, platform requirements, or partner policies.
  • Digital Currencies and Third-Party Gift Cards. Transactions involving digital currencies, cryptocurrency, or gift cards issued by platforms or businesses other than the customer’s own platform or business, except where expressly approved by Hunter’s Designs, LLC and its applicable partners.
  • Weapons and Firearms. The sale, purchase, transfer, leasing, financing, or facilitation of weapons or firearms through digital purchases, paid reservations, or similar transactions.
  • Cannabis, CBD, and Drug Paraphernalia. The sale, promotion, distribution, or facilitation of cannabis, CBD products, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or related activities where prohibited by applicable law or partner requirements.
  • Restricted Information and Sensitive Data. Services or activities involving the collection, processing, storage, disclosure, transmission, or other handling of personal, confidential, sensitive, or legally protected information may be subject to additional review and approval before services are provided.
  • Sweepstakes and Contests. Sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, raffles, or similar promotional activities may be subject to additional review, approval, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements before they may be offered or supported.
Hunter’s Designs, LLC reserves the right to review proposed services, content, products, transactions, and activities on a case-by-case basis and to decline, suspend, restrict, or terminate services where Hunter’s Designs, LLC reasonably determines that such use may violate applicable law, these requirements, or the policies of a relevant service provider or partner.
